All online orders are shipped 2-3 business days after your order is placed. Shipping timelines are provided to us as estimates by the shipping companies we utilize.

We offer FREE SHIPPING within Canada and the continental United States for all online orders over $150 CAD, before taxes.

Please note that free shipping is not applicable for international orders and that shipping rates could vary depending on your region.Customers are responsible for paying for any customs charges, duties or taxes charged to them by their country. Please note that your order could be delayed in customs.
For all pre-order items, please allow 10-15 business days for your order to be processed and packed - this does not include shipping times.

If there is any issue with your order, we will reach out to you via the email listed on your order in a timely manner. You will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number once your order has been packed and shipped out with the respective carrier.
We use several carriers to ship orders. Our standard Canadian shipments will ship with Canada Post expedited shipping and our standard International shipments will ship with Stallion express
If you need to make an address change, please email us through our contact page within 30 minutes of placing the order. We will try our best to change the shipping address but we can’t make any guarantees. However, we cannot change the shipping address once a label has been generated.

Returns & Refunds

All return/exchange must be returned in its original purchase state and meet the following:
- Unworn, unwashed, and with the original tags still attached in the same condition as the item was received, and with original packaging.
- Returned back to us within 7 days from the day the order was received.
- Holiday Return/Exchange Policy: We will extend the return to 14 days during the holiday seasons

Once your returned package arrives at our warehouse, please allow 1 week for our team to process your return. You’ll then get a refund notification email and from that point it may take 5-7 business days for the refund to be posted on your credit card statement.

When an order does not include free shipping, all shipping costs (including the return shipping) are handled by the customer.
